Component Warranty : Wixona Copper and Fibre components are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper use, subject to our general terms and conditions of sales.
Channel Performance Warranty : Wixona components are warranted to meet or exceed the performance requirements of the designated link or/and channel classification as indicated in the specific warranty module.
Application Support Warranty : Wixona networks are warranted to support any current or future application designed to run on the designated link or/and channel classification indicated in the specific warranty module.
To ensure that your Wixona products are covered by our warranty, we recommend that you have them installed, labelled, terminated and tested by a Wixona Cabling or Solution Partner. Our certified installers have undergone extensive training and have the expertise to design, install, and thoroughly test the system. All test results and documentation will be submitted to Wixona experts for evaluation. Upon approval, Wixona will issue a 25-Year Warranty Certificate that ensures the system's performance for the duration of the warranty period.
Installed Products which have not been registered as a full warranted system are covered by a standard guarantee as mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions of Sales.
